We recently celebrated the topping out of Charlotte’s most iconic boutique condominium community with the installation of the final steel beam—marking the completion of the building’s structural frame and the beginning of an exciting new chapter in construction.

Our team, trade partners, and future homeowners gathered onsite to take part in the time-honored tradition of signing the final beam just moments before it was lifted into place—securing the crown of the steel frame and commemorating a pivotal moment in the life of this project.

It was a time to pause, reflect, and celebrate—recognizing the incredible work behind us and the momentum that lies ahead as this one-of-a-kind community continues to take shape in the heart of Myers Park.

There’s something truly special about stepping back mid-construction to celebrate progress in real time.
